Text Box: I love food. The smell, sight and taste of food. I love how good food makes me feel. And while I like food to be simple, it has to be sensual. I need good ingredients, not over processed. That being said, it has to reach all my senses. This venue gives me the opportunity to fully explore the gustatory exuberance of vegan cooking.             Underground dinning in Oregon has been covered nationally from the N.Y. Times to Newsweek, but every article I have read has been about an experience in meat. I am here to provide a different voice. This is about world vegan fusion, with food from my garden every time.             Non-vegans and even some vegans hear about this food and think “stoic”. I grew up watching Julia Child. She would never let stoic go to the table and neither will I. In my opinion, there are powerful humanitarian, environmental and health reasons to be vegan.             In the midst of all this I want to remember the joy of eating. I hope in bringing my voice to this way of living that I can help shed some of the prejudice and fear associated with the word vegan. Let us partake in the earthly delights. Let us join in rightful pleasure.   Dinner schedule: To be announced at the end of the summer May we all eat well and prosper!
